I opened Imperial Bodies Gym in December 2016 to provide Daventry with a safe and supportive place to workout.

As a woman I always thought gyms were scary and I was petrified if I lifted weights I'd get big and bulky.

Instead, working out saved me. It gave me a body I fell in love with because of what it could do and gave me a shape that made me feel confident in my clothes.

I wanted every single client to experience as many training styles as possible which means we needed to ensure we have everything we could ever need to provide you with one of the best 'gym' experiences in Daventry.
