Imperial Bodies Gym opened it's doors for the first time on 1st December 2016.

I wanted to create a space you could try as many training styles as possible.

Imperial Bodies has grown over the years and I'm proud that I can give so many people the opportunity to give new things a try, especially women!

From Functional Fitness to Strongman, we have pretty much everything you could need inside a gym so you'll never be bored or run out of things to try (fitness is for life right?)

There is plenty of open floor space for those who enjoy weightlifting, functional fitness sessions, hyrox training or just training to find out what their body is capable of and have a little fun climbing the ropes.
